When you interact with our Facebook Page or OCS Chat Bot, we may receive:

  • Your public Facebook profile name and Page-scoped user ID
  • Messages, attachments, and other content you send to us
  • Contact details you choose to share, such as phone number or email address

We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal data through the chat bot.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information only to:

  • Reply to your questions and provide customer support

  • Meta Platforms, as required to deliver messages through Messenger

We keep conversation data only as long as needed to provide support and for business records, and generally no longer than 12 months, unless the law requires longer.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and your Facebook name. Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
