One Click Solutions – OCS Chat Bot

You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you from your use of the OCS Chat Bot on Facebook Messenger.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include your Facebook name, and if possible the name of the Page you messaged.
3. Alternatively, send the message "Delete my data" to our Facebook Page in Messenger.

What happens next

• We will verify the request and delete your conversation history, profile name, Page-scoped user ID, and any contact details you shared with us.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days, and we will confirm by email or Messenger.
• We may keep records we must keep by law, such as invoices for paid services.

Remove the app from Facebook

You can also remove our app's access at any time: open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find OCS Chat Bot, and click Remove.
